Logo Design for AP Wood Works

The Project

A friend of a friend was launching a custom woodworking business in Bozeman, Montana, and needed a visual identity to match their vision.

The Process

The initial concept for the logo began as a sketch on the back of an envelope. I merged the client’s initials, A.L., with the silhouette of an A-frame cabin and incorporated mountain elements to reflect the natural surroundings of Montana. The goal was to create a rustic yet refined icon—something that feels hand-crafted, but worthy of a high-end mountain lifestyle brand.
